  Registration for the 2012 HVSA Softball Team is OPEN.  Deadline February 7th, 2012.  Click here for Registration Form.

  HVSA tryouts for 12uB Black Magic team - January 29th 1-3.   This program is more competitive than the recreational league and involved more commitment of practice time, games played, travel for tournaments and cost.  The tryouts will be at Hood View Park #2.  The tryouts will be based on a point assessment system.  Girls will be assessed on infield skills, outfield skills, throwing, hitting, base running including sliding and knowledge of the game.  Pitchers and catchers will also be assessed.  This is the only tryout and to be considered for the team you must attend.  There will be no exceptions.  To better prepare for the tryouts, please email Coach Jennifer Maben or you can call her at 503-349-4365.  In order to try out, your daughter will need a signed registration form.  It can be turned in during the tryouts or returned to the address on the form prior to tryouts.

  Last Day for Registration Refunds is February 15th, 2012.

  Teams will be assigned no later than March 1st, 2012.

  Uniforms will be ordered through Asphalt Jungle in Clackamas.  Please visit the store with your softball player to try on the jersey and place your order.  The initial uniform cost is included in your registration (jersey & visor), but if a replacement is required for improper fit, you will need to re-order at your own expense.  Asphalt Jungle is located at 14634 SE Sunnyside Road and their phone number is 503-558-8555.  Uniform Order Forms will be available at Asphalt Jungle beginning December 15th.  They will also have black shorts and softball pants available for you to order should your team decide on the additional cost. 

Happy Valley Softball offers a recreational and competitive fast-pitch softball program to girls between the ages of 5 and 14, living in the Clackamas High School community.  Our program is operated by parent volunteer in cooperation with Clackamas County Girls Softball Association and Clackamas High School Softball.  We strive to provide a positive softball experience for all girls within our community with emphasis on learning the game, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and FUN!

Our Association is run entirely by parent volunteers, board members and coaches who devote their time and energy to making your child's softball experience the best it can be.  If you would like to volunteer with Happy Valley Softball or make a financial donation to our club, please see our Volunteer / Donations page.  We appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, and civic organizations.

Spring Season:  The league softball season runs from the First week of April to Mid June.  We play twelve league games within the  Clackamas County Girl's Softball Association league.
